Kick Boxing is a fusion of martial art and boxing in which competitors wear boxing gloves and throw punches as in boxing and kick with their bare feet as in karate. It combines the elements of kicking, punching and boxing. Players use elbows, knees, head blows, kicks and punches while playing. Kick Boxing has different styles and derivatives. Its famous types are cardio kick boxing, Muay thai kick boxing, Savate, San Shou, Bando and Full Contact Karate.
In this blog I want to keep my style “open source” as a series of principles and training methods similar to JKD. In this page I also give a small review of modern systems of martial arts.
